2nd International Classical Guitar Festival & Competition will take place in Netanya, Israel. The ensemble of ancient music "Altera Musica" (Olga Ostrovskaya and Yuri Zuzin) will take part at the Festival.

July -august 2007 Ç.

Elena Alekhina will take part in the production of the baroque opera by Johann Mattheson "Boris Goudenow" (1710). The rehearsals take place in St Petersburg. Stage director and choreographer of the project Klaus Abromeit (Berlin), musical director - Andrey Reshetin (St Petersburg).

The Early Music Festival will take place in Samara. The Festival was organized by the "Altera Musica" ensemble.

 

January 16 th, 2007

Presentation of the book "Intercultural Communications. Tolerance" by E.Burlina and concert of the "Altera Musica" ensemble were held in Samara.

 

January 12 th , 2007

Charity concert and press-conference of the "Altera Musica" ensemble were held in Syzran . All the concert takings were handed over to Syzran Children Fine Arts School.

The presentation of the new CD "Sweet-Hearted Consolations" was held in Pushkin Culture Centre.

November 15 th , 2006.

A new CD "Sweet-Hearted Consolations" is ready. Its presentation will take place on December 10 th , 2006 in Pushkin Culture Centre at 18.00.

 

November 6 th - 9 th , 2006.

Due to the offer of Orenburg Regional Method Office Yury Zyuzin carried out a workshop and a concert in Orenburg Culture Institute.

 

October 10 th , 2006.

The work on a new CD of the Altera Musica ensemble is being completed. The album is called "Sweet-Hearted Consolations" and includes the compositions from the so-called "Yaroslavskaya Notebook" - the anonymous collection of chamber instrumental pieces of the middle of the XVIIIth century. The issue is due to happen in October - November, 2006.

 

September 17 th , 2006.

The concert of the Altera Musica ensemble was held in Elaghin's Palace (Saint-Petersburg) within the IXth International Early Music Festival.

September 15 th - October 2 nd , 2006.

The IXth International Early Music Festival "Play Time" will take place in Saint-Petersburg, Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod . The Altera Musica ensemble will perform their new program including some music of the times of Emperors Pavel and Alexander I, Empress Maria Fiodorovna.

June 17 th , 2006.

The rewards ceremony of the laureates of the 'Culture Hero of the Year' Contest was held in Victoria Arts Gallery (Samara). The contest was organized by the 'Performance' Magazine and Samara Region Culture and Olga Ostrovskaya (the 'International Culture Relations and Their Creative Interpretations' nomination) and Natalya Eskina ( the 'Best Popularizing' nomination).

 

April 27 th, 2006

Concert o f the Altera Musica ensemble was held in the just restored Fireplace Hall in Kurlina's Mansion ( Samara Local History Museum 's branch). The concert was conducted within the French and Russian Music Festival "The Music of His Majesty's Alexander I Court" organized by the Alliance Francaise Samara. The musicians for the first time performed the compositions of Maslovsky from the so-called "Manuscript Notebook from Yaroslavl Museum ", which had recently been discovered in Ulianovsk Regional Library.
